Terms of service

Effective date: 18 October 2026.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are between you and Reubika LLC, a New Mexico LLC, trading as After the Form, 530-B Harkle Road, STE 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505, USA ("we", "us"), for the Tidypage service. Contact: [email protected]. By subscribing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The service

Each week we load one web page that you choose, check its links and forms, and email you a report. The check is read-only: we load the page and look at it, and we never fill in or submit a form, log in, or change anything on your site. One subscription covers one page address. The price is $12 USD a month.

3. What the report is and is not

The report is a helpful check, not a guarantee. We try to find broken links and common form problems, but we may miss some, and we may report something that is not actually a problem. Pages that need a login, rely on scripts, block automated visits or change by visitor may be checked only in part. We do not promise your site will be free of faults, that any fix will improve your traffic, leads or sales, or that the service will find every problem. Please use your own judgement before you act on a report.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must own the page, or have permission from its owner, to have it checked.
• Please do not give us pages you are not allowed to have scanned, or pages that need a login.
• Our checks load your page and its links like an ordinary visitor. You are responsible for any limits your own hosting or third parties set on automated visits.
• Give us a working email address so reports reach you.
• Do not misuse the service, for example to overload a site, test sites you do not own or break the law.

5. Payment and renewal

The subscription costs $12 USD a month, billed in advance on Stripe's hosted checkout page. We do not see or store your card details. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. Any taxes that apply will be shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, or update your card, through the billing portal, or by emailing [email protected]. The portal is the Reubika LLC billing portal. Reubika LLC runs more than one business on the same Stripe account, so the portal page may show other branding. If you email us, write from the address you subscribed with. Cancelling stops future charges. The service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are set out in our refund policy.

7. Changes to the service, price or these terms

We may change or stop the service. If we raise the price or change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies.

8. Our work and your data

You keep all rights in your pages and content. We keep all rights in the service and in the reports as a format. You may use the reports for your own business. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your data.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suited to a particular purpose.

10. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or business losses from using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service or do not pay. We will tell you by email where we can. If we end the service without a reason you caused, we will refund the unused part of the month you paid for.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, USA, and disputes are for the courts there. If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live still apply.
